Plain version: datumly is a projection tool. The numbers are estimates, they will sometimes be wrong, and the decisions are yours.

datumly is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club. All club names, player names and competition names belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe publicly available statistics.

What the projections are

datumly models expected points from publicly available data — fixtures, minutes, expected goals, bookmaker odds and availability flags. The output is an estimate of an average outcome, not a prediction of what will happen.

Football is high variance. A player projected six points will often score two, and often score twelve. Over a season a good model beats a coin flip; in any single gameweek it can look foolish. We publish how the model performs against real results rather than only its best weeks.

You make the decisions

Transfers, captaincy, chips and hits are your calls. We give you a recommendation and the reasoning behind it; we do not take responsibility for the outcome of acting on it. Use your own judgement, especially where you know something the model does not — late team news, a press conference, a manager’s habits.

Not betting advice

datumly is built for Fantasy Premier League. It is not gambling advice and must not be used as such. Nothing here is a tip, and we make no claim that it has value for betting of any kind.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• scrape or bulk-download the projections, or re-publish them as your own;
• hammer the service with automated requests in a way that degrades it for other people;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.

Availability

datumly is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. It depends on third-party data feeds, and when one of those is down or wrong, our output will be too. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of datumly, including decisions made in your fantasy team. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
